About Event

• 1st Round Dates: 21st Sep to 5th Oct 2022
•  Days: Only Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
•  Timings: 11am onwards
•  Finale: Friday 7th October 11am onwards

Eligibility

•   Strictly for tri-city corporates – Public and Private Limited
•   Mix team of Self Employed professionals
• Not applicable for banking employees and institutions (except HDFC Bank)
• All members must be above 18

Team Criteria

• Each corporate could send up to 10 teams (Including At Venue + Virtual)
•   Each team must be of 6 members only (No less and No More)
•  All members must be from same corporate (except self-employed professionals)
•   Min. 2 females mandate (Self-employed professionals can invite their spouses)

Registration Process

• Free registration
• Register your team via All Events
• Book your slot via Calendly which you will get post registration
• Report min. 30 mins before the booked slot
• For any change please inform us min. 1 day before (Timings/Player Names etc.)
• ID Cards/Business cards will be checked so please carry the originals

Format

• All teams will go through with 1st round where they will be given 8 challenges (1 by 1) which they need to solve/complete it. At the end time will be recorded
• Challenges will be revealed only at the venue
• Top 25% teams who will complete those challenges in min. time will be qualified for the final round
•  All teams will be invited during the finale and same rules will be followed (except challenges will be different)

Rules & Regulations

•  We will be very strict with timings and team may be disqualified due to non-adherence
• Co-operate with security and park your vehicles at the designated area only
• No player should be under the consumption of alcohol
• 6 players in each team is mandate (Physical or Virtual)
• Players who have played 1st round will only be allowed to play finale round. If any player of any team is not able to make it due to any reason then team will be disqualified.
• Results will be shared via your registered email ID
•  Officials decision shall be considered as final
•  Organizer has the right to eliminate any team and their decision shall be considered as final
• All final decisions related to any dispute will be taken by organizer and their decision will be irrevocable under all circumstances
•  Please follow the mall guidelines
• COVID Certificate is mandate for all
• For Virtual
  • Camera of all participants must be turned on
  • No 2nd chance due to signal/breakage/outage issues i.e. no exception at all
  • Participants will not be allowed to use mobile phones
  • Time Duration: 45-60 mins
